this hotel met required needs in every way, recommend. thank you all for an enjoyable stay in february. the setting was magnificent, near to the japanese a la carte restaurants-allofwhich are amazing, lounging beach area, and the onsite sports bar, mexican restaurants, and mike's in between la hacienda. i enjoyed the well-appointed room and its clean bathroom.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Clean accommodation, very attentive and knowledgeable staff from the maintenance team to the housekeepers. Units with a jacuzzi tub on the deck. A private balcony and a kettle — very useful.

We loved how the double room was arranged with a great variety on offer when we arrived. the hotel is set in a remote area close to the beaches and pools, the Italian restaurant, and the golf buggies to the island.

Real good experience there. Fantastic hotel with great facilities in a perfect location not far from main restaurant and El Charro as well as Ocean Maya Royale. Excellent service at the restaurant! Free Wi-Fi provided in the venue.

The perfect location near a beautiful beach, boardwalk, golf buggies, and a lagoon. the à la carte restaurant nearby serves good food. Excellent service and great value. Enjoyed the pool bar and lovely pool.

the location of the hotel was favourable, just off the store, Ocean Maya, and the a la carte restaurants. the room was big with an exceptionally comfortable bed and amenities like a shower, a dryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom. 3. the team, along with other staff members, was very nice.
